The Power of Partnership in Montana

It’s good for our churches in Montana to be reminded that we are part of something bigger than ourselves. Recently on a national level, 200 NEW missionaries were sent out by 174 different Sending Churches to plant in 34 states and three Canadian provinces, to share the hope of the gospel in 7 different languages. This is the power of your partnership through the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering and the SBC Cooperative Program!

Our MTSBC churches are a part of making this happen! BUT, what you may not realize is that by giving to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering and to the Cooperative Program, you are currently supporting 14 missionaries and 14 church plants in your own backyard here in Montana, two of which are on college campuses and one is our first Hispanic work in the history of Montana Baptists. That’s right! Did you know that we have people serving in Montana as endorsed missionaries with the North American Mission Board? They have been assessed, equipped, commissioned, and sent out just like all our other North American missionaries! Located in Billings, Helena, Livingston, Superior, Joliet, Missoula, Columbia Falls, Manhattan, Zortman, Bozeman, and Glendive, trained missionaries are actively engaging the lostness in these communities, making disciples, and planting new churches.

Be encouraged today because your faithfulness is being multiplied in a way that only God can make happen, and we are reaching Montana with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are doing this together! This is the power of partnership in Montana!
