The vision of Capstone Church is to establish a new church in the heart of the capital city. Focused on a high impact ministry driven by community outreach events and a vibrant Sunday morning gathering, Capstone Church values refreshing worship, engaging children’s ministry, and Gospel life change.
The Groteluschens met Andrew and Marisa Hardiman, who helped plant Capstone Church, at Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church in Raleigh, NC, while attending Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Nearing the end of their studies for Masters of Divinity, Caleb and Andrew were both still uncertain of what ministry path might lie ahead. Andrew had envisioned being part of a church planting venture for much of seminary. Caleb felt called back to the West where he grew up. God used a prayer request at small group and a call to plant a church brought these two families together in October 2014. The Groteluschens are from Wyoming and Texas.
Capstone Church is currently looking for help in several areas. Church partners are still needed in the areas of support and mission teams. Also, Capstone is looking to grow its launch team for those who are willing and led to help for as long as a few weeks, a few months, or even a few years. Please pray for Caleb and Courtney as they follow the Lord’s vision for Helena.
