How to Apply
We are grateful for your interest in the Executive Director role with the Montana Southern Baptist Convention. To ensure a fair, consistent, and prayerfully guided process, all applications must be submitted electronically via email.
To help us steward this process well and ensure every applicant receives equal and prayerful consideration, we’re asking that all application materials be submitted through one consistent channel. Please send all documents by email only to greg@mtsbc.org.
We kindly ask that resumes not be mailed to the state office, passed along by a third party, or sent through informal channels like text message. This helps us keep everything organized, fair, and respectful of each candidate’s privacy.
If you would like to recommend someone you believe God may be calling to this role, please email greg@mtsbc.org with their name, current ministry role, and a brief explanation of why you believe they would be a strong candidate.
Please be assured that all recommendations will be handled with prayerful discretion, and reaching out on someone’s behalf will not obligate them to enter the process.
