Multiplication of Ministry Specialists and Coaches

Darren HalesAll Enews, Strengthening Team

One of my priorities as the Church Strengthening Team Leader is to develop ministry specialists in each region of our state who can encourage, exhort, and equip churches in their region to be more effective in a specific area of ministry. I believe that as we develop and deploy empowered leaders in our churches, those churches have a greater Gospel impact in their community and a greater disciple making capacity. So, we’re committed to helping our churches train and equip leaders in areas of ministry like first impressions, worship, and small groups. In fact, we have many churches who are doing those things well across Montana. These churches are willing to partner with you and be a multiplier. That means they can share what they do, the resources they use, the principles they follow, the policies they have in place, and how they do ministry. You only have to ask, so how can we help you get connected?

Triangle Baptist Association Meeting

Mark Langley works on our team and he focuses his attention on worship. He is available for a consultation to improve your worship ministry and he will train others to be regional specialists and be multipliers as well. Greg Payton and the sound and video team of The Rock Church in Laurel have multiplied their knowledge and skills with a host of churches over the last few years. We also have church leaders who are willing to help you design a new website or create your own logo and graphics. What is the greatest need in your church? We’re developing a network of pastors, church leaders, associational leaders, and ministry partners to support the mission and vision of your local church. Let’s talk!

Crossroads Church Bozeman

LifeWay is one of our ministry partners. Through an initiative called TEAM WEST, they provide discipleship training for small group leaders, adult leaders, student leaders, children’s leaders, and preschool leaders. LifeWay gives the resources through the state convention to pay for travel and meal expenses to TEAM WEST conferences. Those who go must be willing to be a multiplier and share what they learn. Do you have someone on your staff you want to receive this training in a specific area of ministry? This will strengthen your church and enable you to strengthen other churches in these areas. The next training event is February 14-15 in Portland, Oregon. Registration is limited, so respond as soon as possible.

Treasure State Baptist Association Meeting

As I travel the state, I am meeting pastors who are praying for spiritual renewal and revitalization in their churches. They are ready to evaluate the spiritual health of their church and to create a strategic plan with one-on-one coaching. A coach simply asks good questions to help you focus on your goals and provide accountability for your action steps. If you want a coach, we have pastors with years of experience ready to serve. Let’s get started! Are you ready to be a multiplier? Partner with us to strengthen our MTSBC churches using the skills, gifts, and experience God has given you.
