April 3 & 4, 2018:
Today was all about travel! We left Missoula at 6:00 this morning which meant we had to be up at 4 a.m. to make the flight. Last night we were still packing the containers that contained supplies for the Christian school until almost 11 p.m. So, we are very tired.
Our flight to Salt Lake was pretty easy. We had a long layover, which Kristine took advantage of to catch up on some sleep. The flight to Amsterdam was not so easy. It was a 10-hour flight followed immediately by another 10-hour flight to Entebbe, Uganda. As a side note; I don’t fit in airplanes very well! Lots of suffering for Jesus today!
We arrived in Entebbe, Uganda tonight. The plane touched down about 11 p.m. We were picked up by the full-time missionary, Steve, that runs the school in Nakalanda. He drove us to a partner Christian school in Kampala to spend the night.
