Personal Recommendation

Before your application is complete and ready to be processed you must have two personal recommendation forms submitted. Your application will not be processed until we receive all reference forms.

Send links to the recommendation forms to two references, including the following people:
a. Pastor
b. Professor/Teacher or Campus Minister

If you do not have a collegiate minister or you are not well acquainted with your pastor, please give the form to a minister or Sunday School/Bible study teacher who knows you well.
